Keys to the Stars - earrings

I made these earrings from steel chain, repurposed from an old necklace. Hung from this chain, on each earring, are three plastic star beads, each hanging from a twist of silver-plated wire. These beads were also repurposed from an old necklace. At the bottom of each earring hangs an antiqued silver-tone metal key charm. From the top of the silver-plated ear wire to the bottom of the key charm, each earring measures 9cm (3.5") long.

Wear these slightly kitsch earrings with your favourite pink or purple outfit, or to give a little quirky colour to something a little more subdued. A coordinating necklace is available (see fifth image), so you could even match it with that. Or clash them with something that doesn't go at all!
